Suzan (The Bride) asked Electric Blonde to write, produce and perform a flash mob dedicated to her husband at their intimate wedding at The Toronto Hunt Club. The 10 person mob was intended to be an absolute surprise and it went off without a hitch! Our performers, dressed as servers and management, entered the room one by one to surprise the groom and guests. Unfortunately the end of the video is missing but by the finale (Celebration) the guests and bridal party were up and dancing with our performers.
Here is what Suzan had to say: “Lynzie, honestly, I am speechless! Amazing energy and talent. It took our breath away! We have started recommending you to our friends already”.
Many Thanks to Suzan, all the performers and our on site coordinator, Lisa!
This past weekend Electric Blonde Entertainment’s Lady Gaga look-a-like, Gaga Gorgeous, had the opportunity to stop by Woofstock. It was an absolute blast, over 30,000 people and many more cute little puppies! Lady Gaga was helping Barnsdale Farms raise money for Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind and Dog Rescue charities. Gaga gorgeous said it was an absolute blast posing with such obediant pups for a good cause. Thanks to Jamie Arfin and everyone at Woofstock for involving EBE in such a unique festival!
On January 13th Electric Blonde Entertainment had the opportunity to perform as part of the Warner Home Video Promo Party at the Eglington Grand! The party was Oscar themed with huge gold statues, a red carpet hosted by Toronto’s own Jonathan Nathaniel, fabulous gowns, and delicious eats! We were commissioned by Showvision Entertainment and performed for Lex PR and a room full of local media here in Toronto. Our performers were singers Lynzie Kent, Lauren Roy and Terence Vince. Our show included Oscar nominated songs from Warner Brothers films. The song selection spanned many eras including classic choices like “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” from Wizard of Oz and current hits like “Jai Ho” from Slumdog Millionaire. Here are some candid shots from the evening of fun!
Nearly a year later and we finally have pitctures!! Last March Break, EBE had the opportunity to provide the entertainment at the Upper Canada Mall in Ontario. We had an absolute blast! Our Rock Squad show performed twice daily and in between we had a kid’s hip hop dance show The Dance Company and our Hannah Montana Tribute. Check out all the great pictures below:

This show has enjoyed success playing at Ontario place, Malls across Ontario, private corporate kids parties and festivals. We’ve even flown all the way to Moncton to bring our version of Hannah to fans there. Our energetic show always attracts large groups of kids from ages 3 all the way to 13. The show has two dancers, and one lead singer usually played by either Lynzie Kent or Leah Speers. The show includes hit songs by Hannah Montana and Miley Cyrus including the best of both worlds, the climb, and ice cream freeze. There is also an interactive dance lesson to Hoedown Throwdown and kids love it. It can be anywhere from 25-60 min in length. Continue reading ‘Pumping Up the Party with Hannah Montana’ »

One of our fave acts here at Electric Blonde Entertainment are The Blonde Moments. Reminiscent of classic girl groups, The Blonde Moments are an all girl, all blonde choreographed trio that sings and dances to your favourite female sung hits from the 60′s to today. The girls are fully costumed in sequins, glitter and will have your audience singing and clapping along. The cast was trained at some of Toronto’s most prestigious programmes, including The Randolph Academy for the Performing Arts Triple Threat programme, Sheridan College’s Music Theatre programme and Humber College’s Jazz Vocal programme, all three girls are highly skilled singers, songwriters, music theatre dancers and entertainers. Individually they have been seen in musicals, headlining music festivals internationally, and heard for their original music on the radio. Together as The Blonde Moments, they form a cohesive unit bringing you upbeat music, intricate harmonies, and unmatchable enthusiasm. The Blonde Moments pride themselves in a superb show that boasts a vintage vibe, a positive and easy going attitude, and giving you the chance to sit back and not take life too seriously.
Last year The Blonde Moments performed at ontario place a total of 9 days and did 3 shows a day. It was a 25-30 min show. They had an absolute blast and the audience did too! Why not invite them to your event? Their act fits perfectly with vegas, circus, old hollywood and flapper themes. And always remember, blondes have more fun!
